Return Policy

We understand that sometimes something sounds better than what your taste buds might think or something just didn't taste like you thought it should. We do allow products to be returned with the following stipulations:
1. All returns must be completed within 30 days of the invoice.
2. Send the product back to us with the original invoice and the reason you are returning the product. We would prefer to exchange that product for something else that you do enjoy or credit your account.
All shipping costs are at your expense. We will honor a request for a refund.
3. Do not send back any package that you have opened. We cannot accept any item in which the bag has been opened or resealed.

Backorder Policy

We attempt to maintain high stock levels of our products*. Occasionally, we have an influx of orders for a certain item which depletes our stock of that item, and puts us in a backorder situation. Generally, we are able to have that item in stock within 10 - 14 business days.

In the event an item you order is on backorder, we will contact you via email to let you know. You will be given the following options:

1. You can wait and have us ship your entire order at one time, with one shipping fee. (Note: shipping would generally occur 14 -16 business days following receipt of your instructions regarding handling of this order.)
2. You can have in stock items shipped immediately with the backorder items shipped later as we receive them. This would be handled as two orders, each with its own shipping and handling fees.
Shipping costs are based on the weight and location per UPS at the time of shipping, with a minimum of 1lb charge. If you would like to know what the shipping cost will be prior to our charging your credit card, please let us know at the time of your order. We will be more than happy to provide you with this information so that you can make a decision.

*Please note this policy does not apply to items in the Overstock Outlet as all products may not be available at all times.

We ship UPS or US Mail, depending on which is most cost effective for our customers according to the following rates:
All orders are subject to an additional $1.95 handling fee. This will be added to your shipping total on your final invoice.

These charges are PER DESTINATION and apply to ground shipments within the contiguous US. For express shipping, or shipments to Hawaii or Alaska, please e-mail us for further information or call us at 1-866(728)1860 (US and Canada).

Damaged Goods Policy

On occasion, we find that a package may not have sealed properly. If you inadvertently received such an item, we apologize for the inconvenience. Please call us at 1-866-728-1860 to receive instructions as to return these type of items. We will need to have the product sent back to us, with no cost to you.
